Hi Folks
I've just acquired an old standard 1991 CBR600FL does anybody know what the BHP is on this bike?
Also any chance that anyone has an original Owners handbook for this model that they want to sell on?
Cheers

Hi Gismo, the best person to ask is our Classic Secretary Dave Barton
email him on
classic@hoc.org.uk
There's nothing he doesn't know about old machines. _________________ In my world I'm normal

Nice bike Gizmo.
If memory serves, it should be 90-100bhp _________________Stritchy

It's not that old
I'd agree with Stritchy, it's going to be getting on for 90-100hp
Have you tried ebay? That's probably the best place to pick one up. _________________ If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is

Thanks Vampira, I mailed the man the same day you posted his details but he hasn't replied, yet.
I've just got back from the UK with the bike. Half price compared to a similar bike over here.
I'm trying to locate some official literature with the exact BHP details on it 'cause over here the insurance company has it down as 100bhp which means the insurance cost is more than my 98bhp 2001 BMW R1100s. Crazy, but that's the system. _________________ Judge folks by what you know to be true ,

Oooops!
My sincere apologies to David,
It seems her ladyship opened his reply while I was away so I missed it.
