This sounds like a very good thing. but not possiible for all of us as we have to carry materials and tools. Can be a problem even on a Wing. If anyone does this, make sure you have comuting covered on your insurance

Rambling Bob, BMW R1200R, and I use our bikes to ride to work most days and also use them for business.
I've managed to turn the ride to work from a 3 mile beeline into a 25 mile cross country swoop to the office.
What can be better than zooming off for 150 miles to an appointment, stuffing all the kit in the luggage, and afterwards enjoy the ride home. Great.
Bob has come up with a special backpack for his laptop and I've managed to figure out how to secure the back protector to the bike so now everything is stashed away.
So next time you see an old bloke hopping about in a car park changing his trousers you have an idea who it could be.....
By the way I tried on a Joe Rocket mesh jacket when we met the Brits in France for the picnic but could not stretch to the £120 to buy one for hot weather. I ripped all the lining out of a Silvermans jacket that is too draughty for winter and perforated under the arms, across the back and under the sleeves with half inch brass tarpauline eyelets, £3 on e bay. Magic - we are now running cool. Just as long as I leave the winter jacket in the pannier to change in to everything is ok as once it rains this one is as weatherproof as a sieve.
PS. Just clocked up 10000 miles since November 08 - how does that rank in the mileage stakes ? _________________ Grandad decided being silly is more fun .......
