This is now booked for Wednesday 23rd April at 6.30pm. Lot's to see and a bar too. If we want a meal before hand or afterwards we can eat at The Aviator on site but as the tour lasts about 3 hours we may want to grab something afterwards. Fantastic raffle. Check their website.

Very small world indeed, I know of David Brown when i used to fly out of Sywell with my uncle some years ago!!, thats when i was keen on flying?

What a great little outing. The enthusiasm of our guide was great and as someone who has lived only a few miles away for years I did not know what a little gem we had on our doorstep.
Certainly up for a revisit as discussed later in the summer perhaps.
Would they entertain portable BBQ being set up nearby? Save going to the chippy afterwards. |

I'm sure they would allow us a portable BBQ, Ben seemed to be very accommodating. I'm glad everyone seemed to enjoy the museum and I know you men loved handling those weapons.
