The AGM is 8th April.
The format is to get it out of the way as quickly as possible. I think the current record stands at something just over eight minutes.
There will be an agenda, but it is usually as simple as:-
Chairman's report
Secretary's report
Treasurer's report
Any Other Business
Get beer in.
Minutes from last time will be available on the night but, if you want a copy before then, see Sue.
Copies of the accounts will be there for you to see, and an individual copy for you to keep and cherish. Also, the accounts are available for any member to inspect at any time during the year. That can be done here at any time but, if you want a copy bringing on a Wednesday night, I need notifying because I don't normally carry them around.
