Bike Wanted....Anyone know of a cheap bike for sale??I got Max £1500 ish... Anything considered but really needs to be 600cc + I can't save any longer I gotta get a bike NOW before the sunshines gone!!...Plus gotta get one before the National.!!!

Cheers stritchy - I'm going to Stafford on sat to have a look at the firestorm...Looks like a nice bike and after speaking to the chap on the phone sounds like its a good one!...So hopefully i'll be on Plums run!! Fingers crossed

That's what i thought. The difference between a Pan and a Firestorm is radical. I'm a great believer in pistons. The more there are the better I like it.

Was chatting to honda boys at the motorcycle world open day on sat, and apparently..... honda are putting a lot of effort into the vara next year cos its become a big seller
He rekons there looking at putting the new v4 motor in and ... get this, using a shaft drive
Ive always said give the vara a shaft drive and itll be a perfect bike ( for me anyway ) if honda did that i rekon it would be up there with the BMW GS, now theres a topic to discuss and chew over

With a V4 and shaft drive I might have kept my Vara a bit longer. |

Mmm, well i just recently considered the Guzzi Stelvio 1200, but was put off by Guzzi's still problematic electrics, so have decided to hang on to the vara for this year and wait n see what Honda come up with,
If they fit a shaft, then ill be trading in for a new Vara, defiently

Hopefully this rain will hold off!!.. Your not wrong about the motor plum! Loads of power and very smooth - Picks up very well.!! Little twist and theres 100mph! great fun though!!....and sounds lovely!!
