Don't like to take anything away from HONDA, but I thought they were using Mercedes Engines. I do think that I heard that HONDA helped with funding the team though, and yes very well done that team.

Correct Dan, it is a Merc engine, Honda have only provided funding to help BrawnGP (soon to be Virgin GP!!) to survive the first year
How stupid do the Honda Bosses feel now though? Quitting the sport just when it all comes good from the money they have previously invested?
And JB & RB, fantastic, yes RB lucked into 2nd but as the saying goes, to finish first (second) first you have to finish.
And then Trulli gets a 25s post race penalty thus making Lewis Hamilton 3rd. What a fantastic first GP for the Brits, well worth getting up 6am to watch it.
Can't wait for next weekend already

Another fine German victory !Excellent to see yet another deserved win for German engineering !
Astonishing to see how jingoism has roused the masses away from the usual relentless forum dirge about other people's babies, the thrill of grilling meat on barbecues or the purported joy of sitting about in damp tents on a rainy day in the middle of nowhere pretending to be a " real biker ".......
Honda need to wake up from their impossible dream. They are nowhere in MotoGP, World Superbike or BSB with only the production based World Supersport to shout about........

The idea of the forum is to talk about anything not just bikes and bikers.. That's why we have different sections for different topics
