My sister-in-law ( bowling champion), having not sat on a bike in the last thirty years, enjoyed her Boxing Day trip to Mallory on the back of my Tiger so much that she went to see a very helpful Northampton Mick Berrill and he showed her a very nice 600 Hornet which he had just sold. BIG MISTAKE.... She liked it so much that she located another one in the wilds of Northumberland and on Friday the 13th with snow on the ground, we set off via Bolton, as you do, to buy a rather pretty Tahitian Blue bike. We used the aluminium ramps that we had just got from Bolton and fixed the front of the bike into Phil's new invention, a fantasticly stable front stand. Thanks to Phil for his advice on Wednesday night at the meet. We then loaded the bike into the van, safe and sound - a 560 mile round trip!! Teresa is now swotting like mad for her test and is looking forward to joining everyone on the ride-outs.
