Oxford Branch ride to Towcester this Sunday 15th March 2009Jim rang and asked me to let everyone know the following:Oxford Branch are having a ride out to Jack Hills Cafe on the A5 nr Towcester (between Towcester and Weedon), they are arriving there at approximately 11.30am. Jim, and, he thinks, some of the Beds branch, will be meeting up with the Oxford lads and lasses for lunch/brunch and then possibly going on the ride back too. If anyone is interested in meeting up at the cafe the please do so! For details of the Oxford end of things I think (if Jim's right) that there are details on the national forum www.hoc.org.uk in the branch section. |

Sunday...what a nice day for a bike ride.
Dave and Jan came over to us and the 4 of us had a great ride over to Jacks Hill. Hit tons of traffic on the A43 towards Silverstone but even though we were on Wings we still managed to ride down the middle and get to the front. Strange how when we got to the roundabout the roads were clear in all directions. Masses of bikers and some old friends there too. |

I'm unlikely to be there on Wednesday, as I'm taking my mother to Luton airport.
She's flying out to switzerland to see her newborn grand neice... ahhhhhhhhhhh
