If you'd like to come along we'll be leaving the Ten O'Clock at 9am  Very Happy
It's about 65 miles, if we avoid the motorways and go up the A5.

All being well I'll be joining you. Sue can't as she is representing the HOC at the BMF One make bike club meeting thing, same thing she did last year. We'll be travelling:
A509, A14, A508 to Mkt Harb, A4304 to Lutterworth, A4303, A5 to Tamworth, A513 to Alrewas and the Arboretum.

Events for the day:
10.00 am Ting Tang Theatre performance, Millennium Chapel
10.00 am Briefing with Parade Marshal, Tony Slater, for standards wishing to take part in the parade, Polar Bear memorial
10.20 am Step back to the 1940s with the Company B theatre performance, Leonard Cheshire Amphitheatre
10.55 am Armed Forces Service of Thanksgiving with the Band of the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM), on the Armed Forces Memorial
11.30 am RAF Regiment Association, Annual Service of Remembrance, Millennium Chapel and at RAF Regiment Memorial
12.00 noon Display by the Band of the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines, Plymouth, on Millennium Avenue
12.15 pm Muster parade at the shelter on Millennium Avenue. Standards wishing to take part in the parade should meet with Parade Marshal, Tony Slater, at the Polar Bear memorial at 10.00 am for a briefing.
12.20 pm Parade on Millennium Avenue, salute taken by Colonel Mike Beatty CBE TD DL, Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Staffordshire
1.30 pm Step back to the 1940s with the Company B theatre performance, Leonard Cheshire Amphitheatre
3.00 pm Step back to the 1940s with the Company B theatre performance, Leonard Cheshire Amphitheatre
All day Exhibition stalls in the marquee (including Punch Shoe Shine Corner, the Royal Pigeon Racing Association, the UBIQUE Collection, Poppy People, NMA Friends, BLESMA, SaBRE, and many more)
We’ll Eat Again (mobile catering) will be on-site

Otherwise we'll be leaving the pub at 9am

just google mapped this, turned on satellite and saw that we are going to end up in the middle of a gravel pit  Shocked

Either someone @ google has got the location wrong or else it's an old photo (I hope)

Weather guessers predicting rain on Saturday  Sad
